Welcome everyone. I have been very busy with my art and design projects this summer. It’s a good thing that I have this to fill my time because I have been chopping at the bit to repaint some furniture and ready Shabby Lane Cottage for Fall. I told myself that I had to wait a few weeks. It’s just still too hot outside and I don’t want people in my neighborhood to think I am crazy when I start hanging Fall wreaths on the front door! Alas, I have beautiful neighbors! Hi Susan and Kim! They know I can be little crazy at times.
Welcome! I feel very blessed that I am able to share my little nest with you. I hope that I am able to give you some inspiration to make your home inviting and comfortable for you and your loved ones. If I have done that then I feel all the hours I have spent on blogging is not in vain. The most cherished part of blogging for me is the friendships that I have made and that has touched me for life. Just to clear up any confusion my given name is Joanne and because I go by Jo to most of my family and friends I decided to use the latter part of my name anne as part of naming my blog.
