Decorating a Hutch for Fall

Welcome to Anne’s Attic – design! Today I will be sharing some changes that I made for  to my hutch for fall.

For summer I had put a Shabby Chic fabric from an old quilt that I had on the backing of my hutch and it looked perfect for summer but I wanted something a little more rustic for fall.

Changing the backing of the hutch was supper easy. I added burlap to the back to give it a more rustic feel. I love to add blue to my fall decor it really gives a nice contrast to the fall colors.

Ivory the cow gets to be center of attention again for fall and adding green bottles gives a bit of  sparkle. Staying with my romantic theme I have added a lace doily and a lace stuffed pumpkin.

Beautiful fall flowers and a blue vintage Ball jar adds lots of Autumn beauty. I love to decorate with crows in the Fall and some of the easiest art that I have found is to just print them off of Pinterest. There are tons of free printable s there. Here is my Pinterest site.

Lovely tattered books and stuffed and painted glittered pumpkins look great in a vintage white ware bowl.
